Each student is unique as made by God therefore they must be treated as such. The teacher must have multiple options in order to assist student's needs. The teacher must be flexible using strategies that are connected with individual's student's learning strategies. The final goal of such instructions is to have a learning environment that use to the fullest the potential for the student's success. It's a pitty that many time is just not avialable for us teachers. I do belive that there is great need for it my a staff level however, I am not sure that people will be welcome it. This year I plan to intigrate it into my lessons as much as possible. As discussed before we have been trying new strategies in our classroom. From reading the articles i can identify that teachers need to be resourceful. Having an open mind, being flexible, willing to try new ideas and managing instructional time to meet students needs is important for the teachers wyou are willing to bring differentiated strategies into their classroom. At the risk of sounding trite, I believe that all teachers have these qualities. You would not be in the classroo without feeling that energized, and motivated interest to challenge and develop meaningful experiences in their students. All teachers need to have this at their disposal.Last school I made sure my teachers had their own personal copies on cds.However access to technology is quite limited for us in our multigrade rural schools.
