On July 30th here are some of the strategies we explored:

1. Current Events Debate
   This is a TRIBES strategy.
2. OWL
   Using columns, students write what they know from Observation in the first column. In the second column, they write what they Wonder.  In the final column, they write what they Learned from research or reading.

4. Tic Tac Toe
   This was used in a technology setting to allow particpants to work at their own place on three different objectives. It can be used in other content areas. Here’s a website with some more information:
